- ✦ Previous school Transfer Certificate (TC) — for Grade I and above
- ✦ Previous year's progress/report card — for Grade II and above
- ✦ Passport-size photographs of the child (4 copies)
- ✦ Aadhaar card / address proof of parent or guardian
